For several decades, companies had a choice: when filling apprenticeships and other positions, they could count on receiving numerous applications and almost always several suitable applicants.

That is now changing!

AFCEA Bonn e.V. and the Bundeswehr Vocational Training Service are offering all exhibiting companies at the 2025 trade fair the opportunity to come into contact with potential junior staff as part of an organized recruiting element.

This offer is intended to provide visitors to the AFCEA trade exhibition (including retiring regular and professional soldiers) with a quick and uncomplicated opportunity to make contact with their companies as potential employers.

The recruiting event will take place in the Berlin Hall (parliament building).
