This introduction should help you to quickly find your way through the registration process.

Starting this year, registration for the 2025 trade exhibition will take place via a new application and registration tool.

Interested in exhibiting at the AFCEA Trade Exhibition 2025:

If you are interested in participating in the AFCEA Trade Exhibition 2025, please send us your contact details using the form.

After verification by AFCEA Bonn, you will receive access to our application and registration tool.

There you can send us all the information about your company, your contact persons (at least 2 contact persons) and your stand request.

After expressing your interest and after AFCEA Bonn has checked your application, you will receive a stand proposal with the corresponding price details and a request for a binding booking. Upon receipt of your confirmation, you will receive access to your exhibitor account and the stand will be booked for your company.
