During the AFCEA Trade Exhibition 2025 you will find the following catering offers in the main building of the WCCB on 27./28.05.2025:

Catering area RHEINEBENE (AFCEA Lounge)

On 27.05.2025, the catering service in the AFCEA Lounge will be available from 10:00 to approx. 16:00, followed by the changeover to the evening event.
On 28.05.2025 the catering service will be open from 10:00 to approx. 15:30.

Hot food will be served on both days from 12:00 to approx. 14:30, the serving time may vary depending on demand.

Catering area SAAL NEW YORK (AFCEA coffee bar)

AFCEA Bonn invites you to enjoy coffee specialities in SAAL NEW YORK/GENF from 10:00 to 17:00 on 27.05.2025 and from 10:00 to 16:00 on 28.05.2025. Fresh waffles with cherries, cream, icing sugar etc. will be served on both days from 10:00.

Drinks and food for stand personnel and visitors can be ordered from the caterer via a shop.

Here you will find the link to the WebShop AFCEA Trade Exhibition 2025 (will be presented at the exhibitor meeting and activated after the meeting) where you can order drinks, food and, if necessary, crockery for visitors and stand personnel.

Catering for the stands

Please note that food and beverages may only be provided by the licensed caterer BHG.Broichcatering. If you require further services from another provider, prior arrangements must be made.

BHG.BROICHCATERING may demand a compensation payment for the assignment of its catering rights. In any case, please contact our service partner.
