As the (main) exhibitor can register co-exhibitors on their stand via their exhibitor account.

After registration by the exhibitor, co-exhibitors can maintain their account in the AFCEA exhibitor tool themselves. They will be sent an access code by e-mail for this purpose.

As a co-exhibitor, you can enter all details in your account, including uploading your logo and text, e.g. for the AFCEA exhibition magazine.

Orders for additional services, such as conference rooms, video advertising, industry presentations or internet nodes, can only be placed via the main exhibitor.

The main exhibitor is also responsible for all forms of invoicing.

Co-exhibitors cannot be invoiced.
