Once again, you have the opportunity to present your company's advertising spots on large video walls in the indoor and outdoor areas of our exhibition grounds.

On two giant LED walls (each measuring 4032 mm x 2304 mm) in the outdoor area and six 90” large screens (split screens) in the main building, we will present current information about AFCEA and the 2025 trade fair as well as advertising spots from current exhibitors.

Advertising spot package AFCEA Trade Exhibition 2025:

1 package includes:

a) 30 advertising minutes = 120 spots of 15 seconds each on both days of the event (= 1,800 seconds).

10 x per hour = daily (from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

b) The presentation of the booked advertising spot takes place on...

2 x LED walls (size 4032 mm x 2304 mm each, EXTERIOR exhibition area)

6 x 90” large screens (SplitScreens), main building

Price per package € 2,500.- (plus VAT and any production costs incurred)

ATTENTION please note the technical requirements and contract conditions:

- Please note the delivery of the documents in TWO resolutions:

- LED walls: Dimensions (width x height): 4032 x 2304mm

Ø resolution: 504 x 288 pixels | Note: please note the resolution!

- Split screens: Total size 90'' each

Ø resolution: 1,920 x 1,080 pixels

- Compatible image formats:                   *.png; *.jpg

- Default video formats:                     *.mp4, Codec: H.246

- Prescribed video length:      exactly 15 seconds

- Your spot can consist of a video, an image or (animated) presentations that have been converted into a usable format.

- Recommendation: max. 3 images or “slides” per spot.

- Convert “slides” into image formats (NO: .pdf, or .ppt files)

- ATTENTION: Audio is not supported
